Talk to the World

Talk to the World is an intensive English language training program with a focus on conversation which is financed by the Bogota Department of Economic Development.
The program is directed to:
• Public high school students
• University and vocational students
• Current an potential employees of the offshore services (call centers, BPO and IT) and tourism sectors
The program aims at graduating 10,000 people with a B2 level of English according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages during the period 2008-12. In 2008, 400 people started trainning. In 2009, 2400 more people initiated trainning.
Talk to the World is part of the 2008-12 “Bogota Positiva” City Development Plan.
