MTV to Produce Soap Operas in Bogota

The Colombian newspaper El Tiempo informed recently that Popland, MTV Latino channel´s second bet on soap operas, is going to be produced in Bogota.

“The audiovisual production narrates how Carla decides lo leave her life and boyfriend in a small town to try her luck as a photographer in the big city. (…) It will have humor, passion, and an interesting look on fame".

Popland will air on cable television by the last quarter of 2011.
